The platform fee is a percentage of each payment processed through Studio All Access: 2.0% on Foundation, 1.0% on Growth and 0.5% on Multi-site. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and go to Stripe.

Questions studios ask
What is the platform fee?
A percentage of each payment processed through Studio All Access, charged on top of your monthly plan. It falls as your plan grows: 2.0% on Foundation, 1.0% on Growth and 0.5% on Multi-site. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and go to Stripe.
How does getting set up work?
We map your roster and family history into the system and check the records with you, connect Stripe and set up your channels. You see the migrated records before any parent gets an invite. Scope and cost depend on your roster size and current system, so we walk through both at your demo.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Studios usually start on the plan that matches their current payment volume and move up when the volume does.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Families pay tuition, never a fee for using the portal.
